Ben was born at a very young age in Newport Beach, California. Heading east for college, he double-majored in English and Music at Tufts University while also discovering that wearing sandals in the snow is a bad idea. Days after graduation, Ben moved to Brooklyn to pursue his passion for music and fell backwards into a career booking keynote speakers and entertainers– the happiest accident of his life.
Jake Turner is a Nashville, TN-based artist manager with over a decade of music industry experience. Turner has shepherded the careers of Ingrid Andress, Rival Sons, Morgan Evans, and Courtney Marie Andrews, among others. In 2025, Turner co-founded Odd Man Out Recordings, a label focused on discovering and developing artists in the often overlooked space between emerging and established careers. Turner excels at translating creative vision into sustainable commerce for artists and tangible community for fans. Outside of music, Jake is a die hard Arsenal fan, an average tennis player, and a dirty martini aficionado.
Over nearly 30 years, Rob Gross has worked at companies including Universal Music Group, Fontana, INgrooves, Dine Alone Records, Interscope Records, BMG and for the last three plus years, has been SVP of Label Services & Business Development at The Syndicate, based in Weehawken, NJ. Gross has been involved in running global marketing campaigns with The Rolling Stones (2016’s Grammy award-winning Blue & Lonesome), Run The Jewels, Carly Rae Jepsen, Vanessa Carlton, Hollywood Undead, K.Flay, 311, Candlebox, the final Jane’s Addiction cycle and many more. He’s also worked on career development with artists such as The Struts, BRONCHO, Billy Raffoul, Nightly, Goodbye June, Sumo Cyco, Sparta and JJ Wilde, to name a few. Gross prides himself on artist development and building artists from the ground up, while also working with legendary clients via a partnership with Warner/Rhino, such as Black Sabbath, Rush, Ramones, Mr. Bungle, Faith No More, Jeff Beck and many


Dan is the Chief Commercial Officer at Feature.fm, overseeing the company's commercial strategy. He's worked personally with hundreds of artists and music marketers, translating their needs into the business vision. Involved in nearly every aspect of the company, Dan is responsible for shaping the product offering, identifying market trends and ensuring smooth operations. Dan is also a hobbyist musician with prior experience in corporate banking.
Alexa Balint is an Associate Manager of Talent Booking at Vevo and is based in New York City. Alexa plays a key role in shaping the company’s live performance content, serving as a primary point of contact for artists of all levels at Vevo’s Brooklyn studio, and spearheading talent bookings at Vevo's editorial studio in Times Square. She manages day-to-day booking and maintains strong relationships with a wide range of label partners, including Island Records, Secretly Group, Beggars Group, Partisan, UMe, Sub Pop, Nettwerk, Verve, and more. She is particularly passionate about championing emerging talent, curating standout performances for Vevo’s DSCVR stage and Live from Vevo Studios. Notable artists she has booked include Hippo Campus, Japanese Breakfast, and Mon Rovîa. Previously, Alexa worked as a Publicity Co-Op at Island Records.

Sam Mackoff is Senior Director of Artist & Label Relations, US + Latin America at Vevo, the world’s leading music video network. Sam and her team cultivate and strengthen strategic partnerships with artists, managers, record labels and distributors across both the US and LATAM territories. Acting as a primary liaison between Vevo and the artist community, Sam ensures artists maximize every promotional opportunity across platforms. This includes music video programming, editorial support, and original content -- all designed to increase visibility, deepen fan engagement, and drive audience growth at every stage of an artist’s career. Sam also helps artists take part in Vevo’s various original content opportunities, including bespoke live performances in support of album releases, while developing holistic campaign strategies that span from them. William Tenney is a music executive and entrepreneur whose decade-long career has covered almost every aspect of the music business. Currently he serves as Founder and Managing Partner at SunPop – an NYC-based record label and management firm where he’s sold over 1 million records with some of music’s top country, pop, electronic, and rock acts.


Mariami Bibilouri is the Founder & CEO of Sungate Records, an artist accelerator redefining how independent artists build sustainable careers in the digital age. A genre defying singer-songwriter with over 13 million Spotify streams and five #1 singles across the US and UK, she transformed her own independent success into a scalable model for artist ownership and growth. Born in Tbilisi, Georgia, and raised in the U.S. after fleeing civil war, Mariami built both creative and executive foundations, studying Musical Theater at Emerson, Songwriting at Berklee College of Music, and earning her Master’s in Music Business from NYU. After securing a development deal with a major and charting internationally, she saw firsthand the gaps in traditional label systems. So she built Sungate Records, where she delivers label level services, digital strategy, Spotify growth, branding, PR, sync, and brand partnerships, without compromising artist ownership. Sungate's mission is simple: replace gatekeeping with infrastructure, and help artists win on their own terms.
The The K’s are an English indie rock band from Earlestown, Merseyside. The band is made up of singer-songwriter and guitarist Jamie Boyle, lead guitarist Ryan Breslin, bassist Dexter Baker, and drummer Nathan Peers. They released their second album, Pretty on the Internet, in 2025, which reached number one on the UK Albums Chart.


Emad Khatab is a Marketing Associate at Chartmetric, an all-in-one data analytics platform for artists and music industry professionals. He works alongside the marketing team to spearhead social media content, from ideation to production. He also provides editorial support for Chartmetric’s publication, How Music Charts, and contributes original stories informed by global music industry trends and data. His work focuses on translating datasets into clear insights and editorial content through storytelling and data visualization.


Dom Randazzo is a client relations specialist at Chartmetric. As a graduate of the Clive Davis Institute at New York University, Dom has gained a unique perspective on the intersection of music and technology in today’s marketplace. Having experience as a Billboard charting songwriter/producer, indie artist, and label administrator, Dom understands the challenges that artists and labels face at any stage of their career. Dom’s passion for music and his knowledge of data-driven marketing give Chartmetric clients a keen advantage when it comes to optimizing their marketing efforts and release strategies.


Sharon Tapper is the Executive Director of the Music Managers Forum-US, the leading trade association for artist managers and self-managed artists in the United States. Serving the music community by providing educational resources, networking opportunities and advocacy efforts on behalf of managers, self-managed artists, and the music community at large that supports them. The MMF-US is part of a larger global network, the International Music Managers Forum (IMMF) – an organization that connects more that sixty-five Music Manager Forums around the world (inc. Europe, Latin America, Asia, Africa, Australia, and New Zealand). Prior to joining the MMF-US Tapper worked in London as the Assistant Manager at Sarm West Studios, before relocating to the U.S. where in Los Angeles she worked at both Left Bank Management and Gallin Morey Management. Shortly after moving to New York she transitioned into music publishing becoming the third U.S. employee at Kobalt Music Publishing and their VP Creative for eight years. Following that she was hired to be the SVP Music Publishing at Razor & Tie Music Publishing. Tapper was elected to serve multiple terms totaling fourteen years as Governor & Secretary of the NY Chapter of the GRAMMY’s, serving six consecutive terms as Co-Chair of their Advocacy Committee, on which she continues to diligently serve. She also served four years on the NY Chapter of the Association of Independent Music Publishers (AIMP). For ten years she Co-Funded and ran the New York City Creative Community (NYC3).

Jesse Jacobsen is the US Indies Lead on the Label Partnerships team at Spotify, based in New York. His team focuses on partnering with independent labels and artists in the US to promote their releases, reach and develop new audiences, and take full advantage of the suite of tools Spotify offers creators. Prior to joining Spotify, Jesse worked on digital marketing and partnerships at Mick Management. Jesse's originally from Kansas City and went to college at Belmont University where he received BBA with an emphasis on Music Business and a minor in Philosophy. He currently lives in Brooklyn with his wife Kayli and dog Pippin.


Mike Boris is a veteran music supervisor, producer, and sonic branding strategist who’s helped shape the sound of modern advertising for more than 30 years. He’s worked with an absurdly deep roster of iconic brands, and has collected a suite of awards along the way. He came up in the agency world, most notably as Head of Music at McCann for a decade. He’s he’s also spent time on the studio side as a recording engineer, giving him a rare 360° view across creative, craft, and commerce. Today, through Mike Boris Music, he brings that full-spectrum perspective to the stage: artist partnerships, sync, sonic branding, and original music—equal parts cultural instincts and real-world dealmaking. A lifelong drummer and certified sound healer, he’s still obsessed with how sound can cut through and stick.
Mike Murphy is Ditto's Global Head of Events and has led and ran events and partnerships over the past 8 years including Ditto X events globally including the UK's biggest Music Conference at the prostegious O2 London over the into its 4th year. Mike also has a wealth of industry experience spanning 20 years, managing and leasing globally and regional artist campaign artists throughout different stages of their careers supporting the build and growth of Ditto Music label services with a passion for Alternative, Rock and Indie Music.
