Currently hosting the BBC 1Xtra Breakfast show, Fee Mak is a London-based Radio & TV Presenter from London. As a host, Fee has presented a variety of live events in arts, media and sport, including the annual Earls Court Film Festival, BBC Share Your Story, MOBOs and live in-game hosting for the London Lions.
Huw Stephens is a popular radio presenter and host who presents a nightly new music show Mon-Wed on BBC Radio 1 and 6Music. Before this, he presented a regular weekend show for the station and the One Music new music strand. Huw can also be found fronting BBC2's Glastonbury coverage and also broadcasts a monthly show on BBC World Service. He runs monthly live music nights in London and curates the Lake Stage at Latitude, with his BBC shows being broadcast all across the globe.
Sheema is an Artist Community Manager and member of the Artist Partnerships team at TikTok UK, working directly with artists such as Bring Me The Horizon, Venbee, Stepz, Little Mix and more. Her role includes working across major song campaigns, day-to-day account management, supporting artists in reaching fans, building audiences and finding success on TikTok. Sheema is also the Artist Partnership rep for SoundOn UK, TikTok’s music distribution platform where she has worked with artists such as Chloe Adams, Casey Lowry and David Larbi.
Shining a light on the very best in brand new alternative music as host of Radio 1's Future Alternative, Nels Hylton has over 10 years experience interviewing some of the biggest names in the music industry. Previously working with the likes of Radio X and Scruff of the Neck, Nels brings his wealth of experience in hosting live events to the Ditto X 2023 speaker panel.
Jodeci Rampasard is a Senior Manager of Music & Talent in Vevo's UK office. She's also a presenter at Reprezent Radio, hosting their Saturday breakfast show. At Vevo, Jodeci has been an integral part of booking artists like Rema, Ella Mai, FLO, Cat Burns, Ayra Starr and Kojey Radical. Prior to Vevo, Jodeci has worked for companies such as MTV and Link Up TV, working across campaigns for Nike, JD and BBC Radio 1.
Maia Beth is a presenter and DJ from Washington, Tyne and Wear. Maia hosts Best New Pop Extra on BBC Sounds as well as regularly covering for Mollie King on Radio 1’s Future Pop. Maia also works for BBC Introducing, hosting their special events coverage (on stage, radio and socials) for festivals such as Glastonbury and Reading & Leeds and recently presented BBC iPlayer TV segments at Radio 1’s Big Weekend in Dundee.
Josh Robinson is an experienced music marketer with a proven track record of working with some of the biggest names in the industry. He has made content and worked on social media growth with artists such as Arctic Monkeys, Noel Gallagher, Sam Fender, Loyle Carner, Catfish and the Bottlemen, Kasabian, Miles Kane, The Kooks, Two Door Cinema Club, Gerry Cinnamon, Blossoms, Tom Grennan, Craig David, The Vaccines, Miles Kane, Jason Derulo, Mae Muller, Sundara Karma, Don Broco, Tom Odell, and many more.
Shell Zenner presents and curates a weekly show on Amazing Radio and presents weekend breakfast on XS Manchester as well as regularly presenting on BBC Radio Manchester. Shell has also been part an integral part of the team over at BBC Introducing for the last five years, working with the Lancashire, West Yorkshire and Manchester teams.
Keturah Cummings is a multi-talented entrepreneur who founded music marketing agency Forward Slash in 2019. Having worked with clients including Columbia Records, Sony, and Netflix, Keturah is also an established DJ and founder of So Future, a platform highlighting emerging Black music talent globally, building on her success with AllAboutGoodMusic Live in Manchester during the early 2010s.
Simon Williams is the indie stalwart and author of 2022’s 'Pandamonium! How Not To Run A Record Label’. With a life-affirming story of the birth of fierce panda records, his paperback release on August 18th, and numerous live events, Simon's journey has been an inspiring tale of resilience. Don't miss his insightful and humorous insights into the music industry's chaos at Ditto X.
Black Prez is an LA/Berlin-based rapper, songwriter, and actor. He has performed across the globe and performed with the likes of Wiz Khalifa, Big Sean and many others. His music can also be heard on Tony Hawk's Pro Skater, Fast & Furious, Netflix, Call of Duty, Fortnite, Power, Empire, NFL Network, MTV, BET, HBO, and many more.
Alyx is a London-based presenter, DJ, producer and bassist. Known for amplifying the voices of the under-represented, Alyx now hosts her own BBC Radio 1 show - BBC Introducing Rock - as well as being a go-to cover for Daniel P Carter and the Radio 1 Indie Show. She can also still be heard presenting her weekday show on Kerrang! Monday to Friday 6-9 pm and has even hosted the BBC Introducing Stage at Reading & Leeds 2022. Alyx has also created her own format, ‘ALYX PLAYS PUNK’ which helps undiscovered bands transition from the underground into the spotlight and is listened to in over 60 countries.
Podcaster, drummer and host, Ollie brings over 13 years experience at the BBC to this year’s The Feeback Sessions. Having appeared regularly on BBC Music Introducing, BBC Radio One, 6 Music, 1Xtra, and the renowned BBC World Service, Ollie departed the BBC in 2021 to create the immersive “The Heavy Hooks Show,” a weekly rock & metal podcast which finds itself in the top 10% of most globally shared podcasts.
Cimm is a London-based producer, DJ and multi-instrumentalist who has signed music with System Music, Sentry Records, Artikal, Wheel & Deal, Deep Medi Musik and the legendary Tempa. He grew up listening to Reggae, Dub and Hip Hop, which reverberates throughout his production. He taught himself to play several musical instruments growing up including Piano, Guitar, Bass, Drums, Synth and Percussion. Cimm has produced music for around 8 years and combined his love for Dubstep, Dub, Grime and Hip Hop to produce his unique sound. In the last few years he chose to step up to the ‘decks’ and has now established himself as a technical, high-energy DJ that is respected by some of the longest-running DJs in the Dubstep scene. He has performed at clubs, on blogs, Rinse FM and Subtle FM radio stations, and festivals such as FABRICLIVE, XLR8R, Outlook Festival, Eastern Electrics and Boomtown.
Alex Morley is a Senior Manager of Music & Talent at Vevo's London office. Alex works closely with key independent and major label teams, booking artists for Vevo's wide variety of original content formats such as Official Live Performances, LIFT, DSCVR, and ROUNDS. Prior to Vevo, he worked in the independent community, with roles booking artists for independent festivals and organising, coordinating and marketing music awards, international conferences, training and networking events for AIM.
Luke James Pascoe is the founder of Plug and Pattern, a digital music marketing agency which established during the lockdown of 2020. Having worked with over 400 artists and numerous record labels including D-Block Europe, Headie One, Arrdee, Nines, Libianca and Fireboy DML, Luke has had many successes with breaking artists into the industry and generating awareness across social media platforms for artists releases. Growing up in Cornwall, Luke moved to London in 2010 to study law alongside working with artists in a legal capacity and went on to train as a barrister at BPP Law School.
Kaleem Taylor is a Hertfordshire R&B vocalist and songwriter known for his silky vocals. He gained recognition after featuring on DJ Tchami's hit 'Promesses' in 2013, which later charted in the UK top ten. Collaborating with acclaimed producers and sharing stages with artists like Miguel and Boyz II Men, Kaleem has established himself as a captivating artist. His 'Surface' EP, released in 2019, garnered over 1.4 million streams on Spotify alone and led to sold-out shows across Europe. With his latest EP, 'She Knows,' Kaleem showcases his flawless vocals fused with laidback electronic/trap beats, solidifying his position as a prominent figure in the R&B/Soul music scene.
Isaac Borquaye, more commonly known as Guvna B, is a double MOBO Award-winning rapper, author and broadcaster from London. His album, everywhere + nowhere (2020) was the UK's highest-charting non-explicit rap album that year and he has amassed over 30 million streams. On top of this, his sophomore book Unspoken: Toxic Masculinity and How I Faced the Man Within the Man (2021) became an Amazon bestseller. He has released 9 albums and is the recipient of 2 MOBO Awards and 3 Urban Music Awards. He was also the first rapper ever to top the Official Christian & Gospel Charts.
Winnie Ama is a Northern Irish singer-songwriter. Winnie reached #7 in the UK Urban Club Charts with her first release where she featured as an artist on Francis Groove’s hit song ‘I Swear’. She wrote ‘Can’t Wait’ with Francis Groove Nd Friends which reached #1 in MusicWeek’s Urban Club Charts and #15 in the Pop Commercial Club Charts. She has also appeared in Photo Vogue and as a writer for 2 other top 10 UK Urban Club Chart songs with Francis Groove - ‘Dance’ and ‘Born to Win’.
Yaw Owusu is a Liverpool-based creative consultant. He builds projects that integrate music, culture and content production that deliver long-term impact for creatives, brands, organisations and communities. He believes that the empowerment and platforming of under-represented voices, cultures and stories strengthens and bolsters the art, media and culture we consume.
First point of contact for MMF membership, Manasvi Dethekar advises music managers on their membership strategies. Svi also oversees MMF communications, supports industry campaigns, leads MMF's climate action agenda, and programmes the Agents and Managers conference. She has an A&R background and has previously worked in the electronic music space with labels such as Accidental Records, Kit Records, Cold Blow Records and radio stations such as NTS, Foundation FM and Reprezent.
Peter’s music career began in 2004 with Carbon Lodge – a residential recording studio focused on artist development, and providing affordable songwriting sessions for UK artists and indie labels. In 2006, Pete launched Carbon Logic – an independent streaming destination promoting new artists and running talent searches curated by guests including Telepathe, GNOD & Finger Lickin’ Records. In 2010 Pete took on his first TV project, Excluded, and has worked in TV & Film music supervision ever since.
