Jess Iszatt is a dynamic radio presenter, best known for hosting BBC Radio 1’s Chillout Anthems and its flagship BBC Introducing show, where she champions the UK’s emerging music talent. A respected tastemaker in the industry, she is also recognised for her distinctive style, leading to high-profile red carpet and event hosting, including 1800 Tequila at the BRIT Awards 2025, The Mercury Awards and the WSL Hall of Fame. Beyond radio, Jess is an accomplished DJ, bringing energy to festivals, music events, and sporting arenas. Since 2021, she has been the official London Spirit DJ for The Hundred cricket competition, DJ’d at Wembley and Twickenham, and holds a regular DJ slot at Tottenham Hotspur – entertaining thousands of football fans on game day. Ariel has been working as YouTube’s Strategic Partner Manager for Artist Development in the UK for the past 3 years. He works with over 100 artist teams, helping to equip and empower them with the knowledge to maximise their growth on YouTube, and unlocking opportunities that help artists take their careers to the next level. In total he has spent over 10 years working directly with artists and their teams helping them to grow their online audiences at companies such as RCA Records (Sony Music), AWAL, and now YouTube. Helping to achieve success with campaigns for artists such as Raye, Artemas, Unknown T, Little Simz, Nao, Shygirl and more. He is also a dog owner, and a trekkie, he dislikes camping, and is the founder and former co-director of Twisted Hearts Records.

Radio DJ
Fee Mak is a London-based Radio and TV Presenter, best known as the host of the BBC 1Xtra Sunday Breakfast Show (7–11am). Her journey into broadcasting began at CSR 97.4FM, the student station at the University of Kent, where she balanced a BA (Hons) in French and Business Administration with presenting a weekly show spotlighting new talent. Her career quickly gained momentum at Westside Radio 89.6FM in London, where she moved from covering shows to hosting weekend slots and eventually the weekday drivetime show. In 2019, Fee was selected through the BBC Radio 1 Presenter Search, leading to high-profile opportunities on R1 including Christmas Drivetime, Early Breakfast, and daytime cover shows. Shortly after, she joined BBC 1Xtra, and in July 2022 secured her current role as host of the Sunday Breakfast Show, where her energy, personality, and connection with listeners continues to shine. Alongside radio, Fee has built a reputation as a confident and versatile presenter across TV and live events. She has appeared on BBC 1Xtra, KISS TV and 4Music, interviewing major names including Akon, Beenie Man, Tion Wayne, Kojo Anim, Saniyya Sidney, and Demi Singleton. Her hosting credits span an impressive range of platforms — from the MOBO Awards, AIM Awards, and Ditto X Meet the Music Industry, to leading UK dance events like Red Bull BC One UK Cypher and Move It, and even live in-game sports presenting for The Hundred (London Spirit) and the London Lions basketball team. Creativity has always been at the heart of Fee’s story. A classically trained dancer, she was a junior associate at The Royal Ballet School and performed in the West End musical Billy Elliot as a child. She has also expressed her artistry through fine art, sharing her work on Instagram and showcasing it in London exhibitions. Judy is the Sync Licensing Manager at Ditto Music, where she brings extensive experience and deep industry knowledge to her role. Originally from Ireland and now based in London, she began her career in sync as an A&R Sync Coordinator at Pure Sync, a prominent London-based music supervision company, where she developed a strong foundation in music supervision, sync licensing, and A&R. Judy has a background in corporate and event management in the music industry, which enables her to collaborate effectively with artists and professionals to bring innovative projects to life. She graduated in 2019 from Trinity College Dublin with a degree in Music and Theatre Studies, where she also held the position of Students' Union Entertainments Officer. In addition to her career in sync, Judy is a singer, DJ, and theatre maker who has performed at multiple UK and Irish events and festivals.

Nikki Camilleri

Nikki Camilleri is a creative music industry professional with an entrepreneurial spirit and passion for bringing creative ideas to life. Innovation and sustainability in the creative industries are topics of interest for her and motivate her work. She is first generation British originally hailing from Malta. At 16 she was awarded Microsoft Social Enterprise of the Year and HSBC Company of the Year through Junior Achievement Young Enterprise for her arts and events company started to help promote local artists. This received recognition most notably from The President of Malta and the 8 o’clock news as well as sponsorship from Vodafone. This achievement spurred her move to London where she has worked in the creative industries championing artists ever since. She specialises in scouting successful IP, digital music distribution, project development and artist/industry relations. Her work has seen her sign independent acts such as Ayelle, Alfa Mist, Cat Burns (Top 10 charting), James Vickery giving many of them their first deal, sign exclusive release deals with Scouting For Girls and work releases by household names such as David Guetta, Disciples and many more. Some of her favourite work has included working Glastonbury Festival and Mayor of London Arts & Culture events, scouting, negotiating and signing international audio and visual content/ IP deals (ranging from record deals to artist / label services and distribution) including a 6-figure deal across international and many emerging markets, conceptualising artist campaigns with amazing talent which has resulted in millions of streams and countless sold out live shows as well as leveraging innovative tech/analytics tools to create a successful music discovery strategy which was tailored and rolled out across 10 territories. Further to this work, she is a Fellow of the Royal Society of Arts, a UN Women Delegate 2024, directly supports and mentors independent artists as well as having served as a visiting lecturer at London College of Music (UWL), City University and London College of Contemporary Music (LCCM). Her keen interest in policy and advocacy led her to run a viral petition campaign primarily on Twitter in 2019 receiving over 90,000 signatures and press from Time Magazine and The Independent in aid of a human rights case and she has recently volunteered as a researcher for the United Nations in her spare time.
