The wait is over! The first wave of speakers and hosts for Ditto X: Meet The Music Industry 2026 is here, and it's stacked. Get ready to meet the radio presenters, label heads and industry leaders who'll be taking to the stages at indigo at The O2 on Thursday 19 November, sharing insights behind the curtain of the music industry.
More names will be announced between now and the big day, so keep checking back.
Here's who's confirmed so far:
Fee Mak
Presenter, BBC 1Xtra
Fee Mak is a Radio and TV Presenter from London, hosting the BBC Radio 1Xtra Breakfast show on Sundays from 7–11am and Saturdays from 10am–1pm, where she plays the best in contemporary black music and champions new UK artists. Fee's passion for music has seen her host live shows for emerging artists and chair festival talks with the likes of Huey Morgan and Kate Nash. She's also a familiar face at Ditto X, having hosted the main stage before, as well as at the AIM Awards. Outside of music, Fee is a former professional dancer and hosts some of the UK's biggest dance shows, including the Red Bull BC One UK Cypher and Breakin' Convention.
Jess Iszatt
Radio 1 Presenter
Jess Iszatt is a dynamic radio presenter, best known for hosting the flagship BBC Introducing show, where she champions the UK's emerging music talent. A respected tastemaker, she's also recognised for high-profile red carpet and event hosting, and has played some of the world's most iconic stages, including Glastonbury, Reading & Leeds and Boardmasters.
Nayha
Presenter, BBC Asian Network
Nayha is a Radio and TV presenter from Buckinghamshire, hosting the Official Asian Music Chart on BBC Asian Network — counting down everything from Bollywood to Bhangra — as well as presenting on Sky and Colors TV. On Sky Arts, she fronts the magazine-style show 'Unmuted', exploring art trends and cultural events while welcoming music artists, comedians and spoken word performers. A self-confessed fashionista, Nayha has interviewed the likes of Trevor Nelson and Nihal at London Fashion Week and reported from festivals including Wireless, V Festival and Reading.
Jojo Silva
Presenter, Capital Xtra
Jojo Silva is a Radio Presenter and host of the Early Breakfast Show on Capital Xtra, Monday to Friday. Alongside broadcasting, Jojo teaches at an academy in London and is passionate about supporting the next generation of young broadcasters. As a host, she's covered events across music, education and literature — including showcases for iluvlive, Marshall Amps' Hanwell Hootie, and Notting Hill Academy's showcase in partnership with Sony Music — and has chaired talks with figures including Roxy Music's Phil Manzanera.
Shell Zenner
Presenter/Curator, Amazing Radio
Shell Zenner is one of the UK's most trusted and enthusiastic champions of new music — a broadcaster, DJ, curator, lecturer and presenter built on discovering artists before everyone else catches up. She's spent nearly fifteen years presenting her self-curated show on Amazing Radio, while regularly appearing on Times Radio, BBC Radio 5 Live and BBC 6 Music, alongside six years championing grassroots talent through BBC Introducing across Manchester, Leeds and Lancashire. A fixture on the festival circuit, Shell has DJ'd and hosted at Iceland Airwaves, M for Montreal, Deershed and Liverpool Sound City, and lectures in music journalism, radio and podcasting at institutions including BIMM University and Leeds Conservatoire.
DJ Firestarr
Independent, Influential Records
DJ Firestarr is an international DJ, tastemaker and mover in the culture, known for high-octane club nights from Mayfair to NYC, Marbella and Milan. He's supported and toured with icons including Giggs (Landlord Tour), Mobb Deep & Alchemist (Paris Fashion Week) and Kranium, playing everything from underground sessions to major festivals. As presenter and interviewer of his "Influential Records" series, he's featured guests including Usain Bolt, Fivio Foreign, GloRilla and Jim Jones, amplified across platforms like Akademiks and No Jumper.
Jeordie Shenton
Programmes Lead, Tonic Music
Jeordie Shenton is the Programmes Lead at Tonic Music, a registered charity establishing good mental health within music communities by providing tailored support to people working in music and to music fans. Over the past five years, Tonic Music has facilitated online therapy sessions, peer groups, skills workshops and training courses. Jeordie is also a PhD Researcher studying substance use among working musicians, having contributed to publications on mental health in music including journal articles and book chapters.
Talia Andrea
NextGen Community Producer, Youth Music
Talia Andrea is Youth Music's NextGen Community Producer, leading the programme of events and opportunities for 18–30 year-olds looking to kickstart or level up their music career. She's also a DJ and founder of HYPERLINK (@hyperlinkmusic), a platform and event series connecting fans to the latest in female-led electronic, hyperpop and club music — formerly known as FEMMESTIVAL, the all-female music festival she founded in 2023 after receiving Youth Music's own NextGen Fund while at university.
Eniola Idowu
Service Delivery Officer, Help Musicians
Eniola Idowu is a Service Delivery Officer at Help Musicians, an independent UK charity supporting professional musicians of all genres through every stage of their careers. With a background as an artist herself, Eniola specialises in operational delivery across four career development awards — MOBO Amplified, UK Rap, Electronic Music and the Peter Whittingham Jazz Award — spanning application assessments, panel days, webinars and networking events.
Danny Desai
Director, CONTXT (un:hurd music)
Danny Desai is Director at CONTXT, the agency arm of un:hurd music, a music tech company helping labels and independent artists grow through data-driven marketing. His career spans recording engineering, label marketing at Virgin EMI (Universal) and Warner ADA, and artist and songwriter management — giving him an end-to-end view of how music gets made, released and heard. At CONTXT, he leads paid and organic strategy while building tech-first tools that turn fan data into smarter resources for artist teams.
Brian J Zisook
Co-Founder & EVP Global Operations, Audiomack
Brian "Z" Zisook is a veteran of the music industry and co-founder of Audiomack, an artist-first music streaming and discovery platform with 50 million monthly users worldwide. As EVP of Global Operations, he oversees a team of 12 across four continents, managing relationships with more than 400 record labels and distribution partners including UMG, WMG, SME and Merlin. Before Audiomack, Zisook co-founded DJBooth, growing it into an industry-leading music publication over 19 years, and has conducted over 500 interviews with artists including J. Cole, Pusha T and John Legend. In 2022, the Recording Academy selected Zisook as part of its new member class.
