Maia Beth

Opening Wave 2 and hosting this year’s Stage X is none other than BBC Radio’s Maia Beth.
A regular voice on BBC Radio One, Maia also works for BBC Introducing, hosting their special events coverage (on stage, radio and socials) for festivals such as Glastonbury and Reading & Leeds and recently presented BBC iPlayer TV segments at Radio 1’s Big Weekend in Dundee.
Youngs Teflon

Bursting onto the scene in 2014, Youngs Teflon is a prolific South London rapper with over 532,000 monthly listeners on Spotify alone.
TBC will be sitting down with Youngs to discuss his career and rise to become one of the most influential independent UK rappers of recent times.
Ditto Music will also be presenting Youngs with our first-ever Legacy Award to celebrate his hard work, influence and contribution to the industry.
Vikram Gudi

Founder & director of British music production company, Elephant Music, Vikram Gudi joins us at Ditto X to moderate Elephant’s own How to Get Your Music on TV & Film session.

Winnie Ama

Winnie Ama is a Northern Irish singer-songwriter who reached #7 in the UK Urban Club Charts with her first release - featuring as an artist on Francis Groove’s hit song ‘I Swear’.
Winnie has also written hits such as ‘Can’t Wait’ with Francis Groove Nd Friends which reached #1 in MusicWeek’s Urban Club Charts and #15 in the Pop Commercial Club Charts. On top of this, she has appeared in Photo Vogue and as a writer for 2 other top 10 UK Urban Club Chart songs with Francis Groove - ‘Dance’ and ‘Born to Win’.
Winnie will be bringing her awesome live show to Ditto X, performing at 14:00 in the main arena. Don’t miss out.
Donae'o
Ian Greenidge, better known by his stage name Donae'o, is a British singer, songwriter and rapper from North-West London. He has worked with numerous British musicians throughout his career including The Streets, Giggs, Lethal Bizzle, Dizzee Rascal, Jme, and Calvin Harris.
Lauren Wilson
Lauren Wilson is a Music Coordinator for 45 RPM, a collective of leading independent music supervisors specialising in film & TV, and manages briefs and music supervision within their UK office.
Lauren is also the drummer for Brighton & London-based group Our Girl. Make sure to catch Lauren on the main stage panel for Elephant Music Presents: How to Get Your Music on TV & Film.
Peter Saville
Peter’s music career began in 2004 with Carbon Lodge – a residential recording studio focused on artist development, and providing affordable songwriting sessions for UK artists and indie labels.
Founder of Carbon Logic, Peter will be providing valuable feedback at this year’s Ditto X as part of Elephant Music Presents: How to Get Your Music on TV & Film.
Harley Beckmann-Hawksley
Harley Beckmann-Hawksley is a music supervisor at Theodore. Harley has more than 4 years experience across commercial music searches, music licensing and bespoke composition in advertising and has also written songs that you may have heard on Radio 1, 6 Music & Worldwide FM.

Manasvi Dethekar
Manasvi Dethekar advises music managers on their membership strategies and is the first point of contact for all things MMF membership. Manasvi also oversees MMF communications, supports industry campaigns, leads MMF's climate action agenda, and programmes the Agents and Managers conference.
Her A&R background and work with radio stations such as NTS, Foundation FM and Reprezent make her an amazing addition to MMF’s TBC stage.
Ariel Cohen
YouTube Music's Strategic Partner Manager of Artist Development, Ariel Cohen joins Wave 2 of Ditto X speakers on the Cue the Visuals: Elevating Music Campaigns with Video Content panel.
Terence Daniel
Currently working as Relationships Manager and Black Music Specialist at PPL, Terence Daniel has appeared on the panels of other key industry events such as UD London’s Industry Takeover seminars.
He also co-chairs the PPL’s Diversity Forum and will be offering his advice on the Money Talks: How to Get Music Funding & Support panel.
Isaac Samuel Hyman
Isaac Samuel Hyman is Head of Platforms & Artist Relations at COLORSxSTUDIO, a German music performance platform that aims at introducing and showcasing emerging artist talent in the form of videos with minimalist aesthetics.

Cimm
London-based producer, DJ and multi-instrumentalist Cimm will be moderating this year’s Pirate Studio’s Production Workshop.
Well-known for his performances at clubs, on blogs, Rinse FM and Subtle FM radio stations, and at festivals such as FABRICLIVE, XLR8R, Outlook Festival, Eastern Electrics and Boomtown, we’re thrilled to have Cimm take charge of Pirate’s workshop.
Frances Barber Shillito
Frances Barber Shillito will be sharing her artist management experiences on the MMF Presents panel at this year's Meet the Music Industry. CEO of female-lead artist management company FRNT MGMT, Frances is also an active advocate for mental health within the industry.
Casey Elisha
Casey Elisha joins the Live Lessons: How to Book Bigger and Better Shows panel to discuss how independent musicians can utilise their fanbases to land headline shows and tour dates.
Georgie Crowther
Festival booking agent Georgie Crowther joins the list of Wave 2 speakers to give her insights on how to land bigger and better shows, and how best to catch the eyes of festival bookers.
Phoebe Cross
Adding even more industry insights to the Wave 2 lineup is Youth Music's Programme Officer Phoebe Cross. Catch Phoebe on the Ditto X Main Stage at 10:30am for the Industry Backed: How to Get Music Funding & Support panel.
Tom Weller
Moderating this year’s Ditto Music Publishing Presents: Unlocking New Revenue Streams will be Head of Ditto Publishing, Tom Weller. Tom will be leading this expert workshop on how independent artists can boost their cash flow and better understand the complex world of music publishing. Not to be missed.
Callum Hay
Representing the Ditto Music UK team, Head of Ditto Music Label Services Callum Hay will be appearing on Ditto's panel on How to Run a DIY Campaign. Callum has a wealth of experience helping some of the UK’s biggest independent artists boost their careers so this is definitely a must-see for anyone interested in running their own campaign.
Mosh Osinibi
Also joining Callum from the Ditto Music team is our very own Mosh Osinibi. Mosh is an Artist and Label Services Manager and will be on hand to answer questions during the Ditto Music Present: How to Run a DIY Campaign showcase.
