Zach Silva is a music industry professional with a proven record of success in international concert booking, digital marketing strategy, and management. Over the past 10 years, performer, programmer, educator, and publicist David McTiernan has worked directly with an enormous range of artists including Katy Perry, Sam Smith, Meghan Trainor, Bruce Springsteen, and Ne-Yo, among many others. A member of the New York City indie rock quartet the Middle Eight from 2007 to 2016, he performed hundreds of shows around the country and was featured in the movie The Rebound. Most recently, his work in music and talent at Vevo has helped to shed light on some of the most talented new artists working today, from Halsey to Jidenna to Maggie Rogers. An alumnus of New York University’s Clive Davis Institute of Recorded Music, McTiernan currently oversees alternative/indie and Latin programming for Vevo, and is based in Los Angeles.
Cynthia Todd is a VEVO talent booker who has scouted and booked diverse talent across music and entertainment for nearly a decade. Todd has worked traditional radio with iHeartRadio and across NBC properties to produce original segments and performances. With a deep connection to her Korean heritage, Todd champions relationships with Asia-based and Asian American label partners and artists, generating over 5 billion views.
Danny Ross is an indie/alternative frontman turned pop producer, mining new sounds with classic songwriting craft. Ross produced recent hit singles for TikTok star Simone (featured on New Music Friday), #1 Billboard indie band Wakey! Wakey!, RuPaul’s Drag Race stars Miz Cracker and Jujubee, and is collaborating with major label artists like Walk The Moon, Lyn Lapid, Justus Bennetts, Claud, and Dreamers. Ross scored the Hulu series Everyone Is Doing Great, is one-half of indie project Cheap Synths, was featured in an Apple commercial, and is signed to Rough Trade. Ross founded the Anti Social Producers Club, an underground NYC music producers collective whose members have worked with artists like Beyoncé, John Legend, and Shawn Mendes. With over 50 members, billions of streams, and dozens of Grammys, the collective has become an industry hub for New York writers and producers.
Ben was born at a very young age in Newport Beach, California. Heading east for college, he double-majored in English and Music at Tufts University while also discovering that wearing sandals in the snow is a bad idea. Days after graduation, Ben moved to Brooklyn to pursue his passion for music and fell backwards into a career booking keynote speakers and entertainers– the happiest accident of his life.
Naarm/Melbourne-based Rowena Wise (fka Ro) has a burgeoning reputation as a live performer, delivering songs that have a newfound sense of honesty, holding space for all of life’s beauty and messiness. Hailed as a “lyrical assassin” by the Australian triple j community, Rowena’s storytelling is like a close friend, offering heady ruminations on love, loss and alienation while giving gentle echoes of courage and empowerment. Inspired by the strong storytelling sensibilities of 60s folk icons, Rowena is a sharp lyricist who finds truths in fiction, sketched over a sound that is best filed as indie rock, garage pop and alt-folk.
UNDRCVR Marketing Co-Founder Eddie Levy stands out as an award-winning marketing executive, trusted advisor, and artist manager. Collaborating closely with a myriad of diverse clients, he stresses a personally tailored approach to each campaign and partnership. Among numerous accolades, he notably garnered a 2020/2021 CLIO Award for his role in the creation of an artist-centric Digital/Mobile game. The Long Island native developed a lifelong passion for music in high school, opting to enter the industry as soon as he graduated. Levy cultivated his marketing acumen at ILG under the Warner Music Group umbrella and at influential independent management company Strong Management. He spent five years at Razor & Tie where he architected marketing plans, oversaw budgets, and P&Ls in the millions as the chief marketing strategist for releases across all genres. He also logged a year as The National Director of Marketing for concert venue chain City Winery before co-founding UNDRCVR. He simultaneously manages Massachusetts metal stalwarts All That Remains. The band consistently tours globally to packed crowds on multiple continents and has notably sold over two million albums stateside bolstered by a series of hits, including the platinum-certified “Two Weeks,” gold-certified “What If I was Nothing,” and gold-certified Garth Brooks cover “The Thunder Rolls,” among others.
As a storyteller, data enthusiast, and digital strategist, Caroline Halloran leverages her experience in her current role at mtheory and her prior position at Roc Nation to craft data-driven marketing strategies, analyze industry trends, and optimize digital campaigns. Whether conducting industry analysis to understand how artists like Chappell Roan and Charli XCX are achieving breakthrough moments, diving into data to identify optimal Spotify strategies, or creating bespoke content plans for clients, Caroline’s passion lies in blending her creative instincts with a deep love for analytics.
Randy Nichols has guided artists to multiple Gold records and Grammy nominations. He is regularly invited to speak about artist management, live streaming, merchandise, and technology at conferences such as SXSW, CMJ, Launch Music Conference, Montauk Music Festival, and at various universities that invite him back annually. Randy has managed Beach Slang, Vacationer, Bayside, Underoath, The Starting Line, Say Anything, Aaron Gillespie, and The Almost. He was also an angel investor in Bandsintown and an advisor at Venu, the industry-standard platform for maximizing live event merchandise revenue. Additionally, Randy has been very active in raising awareness of the damage ticket scalping causes to both artists and fans. He is currently part of the ticketing task force and seeks to assist NITO in protecting artists and fans from the multi-billion dollar secondary market ticketing industry

Sharon Tapper is the Executive Director of the Music Managers Forum-US, the leading trade association for artist managers and self-managed artists in the United States. Serving the music community by providing educational resources, networking opportunities and advocacy efforts on behalf of managers, self-managed artists, and the music community at large that supports them. The MMF-US is part of a larger global network, the International Music Managers Forum (IMMF) – an organization that connects more that sixty-five Music Manager Forums around the world (inc. Europe, Latin America, Asia, Africa, Australia, and New Zealand). Prior to joining the MMF-US Tapper worked in London as the Assistant Manager at Sarm West Studios, before relocating to the U.S. where in Los Angeles she worked at both Left Bank Management and Gallin Morey Management. Shortly after moving to New York she transitioned into music publishing becoming the third U.S. employee at Kobalt Music Publishing and their VP Creative for eight years. Following that she was hired to be the SVP Music Publishing at Razor & Tie Music Publishing. Tapper was elected to serve multiple terms totaling fourteen years as Governor & Secretary of the NY Chapter of the GRAMMY’s, serving six consecutive terms as Co-Chair of their Advocacy Committee, on which she continues to diligently serve. She also served four years on the NY Chapter of the Association of Independent Music Publishers (AIMP). For ten years she Co-Funded and ran the New York City Creative Community (NYC3).
With over 35 years in the music, live events, and entertainment industries, Gavin has held senior roles in artist and tour management, promotion, live event production, and as General Manager for a major UK music and film label. He’s toured globally with diverse artists and directed stages at venues like the Millennium Dome and Wembley Arena. Currently, he is on the senior management teams of Amplead and Gigseekr, runs DAM Good Artists, mentors for Help Musicians and Ivor’s Academy, serves as Vice Chair of the South Coast Events Forum, and sits on steering groups for the Association of Independent Festivals and Vision 2025.
Chris Mooney is Ditto Music's Global Head of Artist & Label Services and will once again be on hand to offer expert advice to Ditto X: NYC 24 guests and artists. Chris has a wealth of top level industry experience, joining Ditto back in 2018 as Head of US Operations following an 8-year stint at Tunecore. Mike Murphy is Ditto's Global Head of Events and has led and ran events and partnerships over the past 8 years including Ditto X events globally including the UK's biggest Music Conference at the prostegious O2 London over the into its 4th year. Mike also has a wealth of industry experience spanning 20 years, managing and leasing globally and regional artist campaign artists throughout different stages of their careers supporting the build and growth of Ditto Music label services with a passion for Alternative, Rock and Indie Music.
